Worked as a Rural Community Development volunteer in Benin, West Africa, primarily focusing on health. Did 6 weeks of training in rural South Carolina (Penn Center) on animal husbandry and agriculture then did 3 months of training in Pagala, Togo focusing on health, language and culture.  My site was an hour south of Parakou.

Worked as a Rural Community Development volunteer in Benin, West Africa, primarily focusing on health. Did 6 weeks of training in rural South Carolina (Penn Center) on animal husbandry and agriculture then did 3 months of training in Pagala, Togo focusing on health, language and culture. My site was an hour south of Parakou.

Currently I work in international public health as the Deputy Director, International Division of John Snow, Inc. located in Boston. I also serve on the board of the Boston Area RPCV group.
