A great many Men and women feel that they will get the greatest deal by not making any commitments to a Realtor. They feel that they will dangle a carrot in front of a variety of Realtors and say that the one particular who finds the greatest deal will get their busisness. This doesn't operate due to the fact it is such a shaky proposition that a Realtor will invest minimal, if any, function in the caller.
