Philadelphia Area Peace Corps Association
PAPCA is the local RPCV group for anyone associated with Peace Corps in the greater Philadelphia area and serves as a resource for all prospective, current and returned volunteers. Our mission is to "promote awareness of cultural perspective in an increasingly global era through service, education and social events." To reach our goals we hold monthly dinners at various ethnic restaurants, participate in community service events, and provide resources for Peace Corps Volunteers.
