Bob Beckel is an American television personality. He is seen frequently on political talk shows, including those of Hannity & Colmes and Larry King Live. He tends to favor a liberal point of view in debates against his counterparts.

Beckel worked on the 1968 presidential campaign of Robert F. Kennedy and later volunteered in the Peace Corps, where he served in the Philippines from 1971 to 1972. Beckel has also worked as a consultant and in 1984 campaign manager for Walter Mondale. He became a born-again Christian in late 2000. He teaches graduate level courses about campaign management at the George Washington University school of Political Management. He is famous for introducing the term "where's the beef" into politics.
