The project will achieve its objectives through six seminars in five different regions. These participants will be recruited by the community members participating in the trainings. Each session will last approximately 3 hours. The seminars will be conducted in English with an Azerbaijani translator and will present informative gender-related topics through interactive activities and discussions. These seminars will be held at facilities chosen by each individual community. Upon completion, the community members who attend the seminar will be able to identify what is "culture" and what is "biology" and will brainstorm different ways of addressing the problems associated with gender roles within their communities.	+
