Info about the El Carmen Library
El Carmen is a small village located in the region of Chiquitania in the department of Santa Cruz, Eastern Bolivia. There are approximately 66 families living in this village. Therefore, the community of El Carmen is requesting Partnership assistance in establishing a library. The library will also serve as a community center. The community is planning on refurbishing an old school building. They need assistance to purchasing construction and educational material to establish the library.
